The Full Story

About Track It

Track It was born from the real-life experiences of a parent navigating the ups, downs, and beautiful complexities of raising children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Created by someone who lives it every day, Track It is more than an app — it’s a lifeline, a tool built with heart, and a hope-filled answer to the everyday chaos parents and professionals face.

A Personal Note from Our Founder

As a mom of two amazing boys with special needs, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to juggle therapies, track behaviors, communicate with providers, and try to make sense of it all — all while just trying to be present for your child. I created Track It out of necessity, after years of feeling like I was drowning in sticky notes, binders, and burnout.

The moment that truly sparked it all came after my son’s first autism evaluation — something we had waited 18 long months for. Instead of finding the answers and support we so desperately needed, we left feeling completely lost, let down, and alone. On the drive home, I cried harder than I ever had before — the kind of deep, soul-heavy cry that shakes you.

And then, almost like a whisper from God, the idea for Track It came to me. It was so clear, so purposeful — like He placed it in my heart in that very moment. I believe this app was given to me for a reason: to help families like mine feel seen, supported, and empowered through the chaos.

Track It is built with love, lived experience, and a deep belief that you’re not alone — and that your story, your progress, and your child’s growth matter.
